SHIPPING

All in stock orders will ship the same business day if placed Monday- Friday before 11 AM CST, excluding holidays and sale periods. Custom wigs have a 7-10 day processing time. Sale items have a separate processing time which is displayed on each individual product page.

We work with trusted shipping carriers, but recommend purchasing Route Package Protection to insure your package, as GloHaven is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All orders with hair extensions require a signature for delivery. If you need assistance with a purchase, send an email to glohavenhair@gmail.com.  We are happy to assist you!

refund/return

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note all sale items are FINAL. No refunds will be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The hair can not have been worn, tampered with, or chemically altered in any way. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
